Sponsoring Manager Input
Engagement with a nominated sponsoring manager to ensure coaching aligns with organisational priorities and provides feedback to shape goals and success measures.

Leadership Self-Assessment & Debrief
Tailored diagnostics (e.g. 360-degree feedback, behavioural styles, leadership capability tools) with individual debriefs to deepen self-awareness and inform coaching goals.

Ongoing Coaching Sessions
Tailored Fortnightly or monthly one-on-one coaching —designed to build clarity, confidence and purposeful leadership.

On-Demand Support
Unlimited access to coaching support via phone and email throughout the program to reinforce learning and provide real-time guidance.
